Air Quality Systems and Service has pre engineered a set of systems designed to meet the most common needs of users in certain categories. All of these systems are produce in our US manufacturing facilities out of heavy gauge steal and are rated to meet or exceed most heavy duty applications. Where other companies might use a 1/8 HP motor and 20% screen we provide a 1.25 HP blower and a 35% pre-filter with a 95% efficient main filter. Since WE ARE THE MANUFACTURER, all systems can be customized, to meet individual needs. Systems are designed for direct capture or ducted use.

Odor Control Systems and Modules

Odor Control Modules are available as trays, panels, or complete systems of activated carbon (or other media) that trap odor causing gases and particles within the bulk of the media.

High single-pass efficiency

500 ft/mn design velocity

Trays can be loaded or unloaded from either side of housing

Units contain a two inch pre-filter track

Trays are available in standard cold rolled steel with a black powder coated finish or,

as an option, stainless steel, epoxy coated or plastic trays can be ordered.
